Walter L. Erhardt, Jr., MD, FACS is a board-certified plastic surgeon who is nationally recognized for his expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is a past president of the major plastic surgery association American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a current director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and chair of the Written Examination Committee of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
The main focus of Dr. Erhardt and his staff is to provide the best in cosmetic surgical services to all of their patients. Walter L. Erhardt, Jr., MD, FACS earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors, cum laude, from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Virginia, School of Medicine. He completed his residencies in general surgery and in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Vanderbilt University Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been selected as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Surgeons. Dr. Erhardt also plays an important leadership role in the local and national medical and plastic surgery societies.
